We are looking for a distinguished and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our initiatives in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess a sophisticated image, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a robust network within the industry, including strong ties with executives in luxury hospitality. This role demands a professional who can engage in high-level discussions with confidence and expertise. The successful candidate will create opportunities and drive sales for the Onyx Collection within the commercial hospitality segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales leadership, and territory managers to develop strategies for revenue growth related to the Onyx Collection.
  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with key accounts in the luxury hospitality sector, including high-end hotels and resorts.
  • Act as the primary liaison for top-tier clients, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded with our premium offerings.
  • Work with internal teams to customize solutions that align with clients' specific needs and brand standards.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential areas for growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Represent the Onyx Collection at industry events and conferences, showcasing our brand with professionalism.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to overall business growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in other projects as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional training or certifications are a plus.
  • Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the industry, ideally within fitness equipment or luxury hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in hospitality.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector with a track record of understanding and meeting the unique needs of ultra-premium clients.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Experience in technology sales within the industry is advantageous.
  • Possess a polished and professional demeanor, with a natural ability to connect with high-profile clients.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license required for domestic travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
