Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general warehouse duties in at least two of the following areas:
    1. Receiving incoming consumable materials, Controlled Substances, and Chemicals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
    2. Picking, kitting, and sanitizing materials used in cleanroom manufacturing, adhering to guidelines and regulatory standards to maintain the integrity of materials supplied to manufacturing.
    3. Picking and shipping customer orders, ensuring accuracy in meeting customer expectations regarding quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct warehouse safety inspections, demonstrating safe practices in line with established safety protocols.
  • Operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), obtaining certification for stand-up/sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers. Perform safety inspections on assigned PITs.
  • Ensure accurate inventory movements at all times using a scanner.
  • Propose and support initiatives aimed at continuously improving warehouse operations.
  • Maintain the condition of all warehouse technology, equipment, and facilities.
  • Conduct cycle counts on raw, WIP, and finished goods materials.
  • Carry out assigned warehouse cleaning tasks, ensuring floor cleanliness and reporting product spills as necessary.
  • Transport materials between various warehouse locations as required.
  • Process rejected materials and document information as needed.
  • Assist in other departmental functions as necessary.
  • Provide support to production and other areas as needed.
  • Demonstrate basic competencies in ERP functions, associated shipping software, and Excel.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and scanners is essential.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of controlled environment equipment and areas is beneficial.
  • At least one year of warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated integrity and reliability.
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
