Starting pay ranges from $.56 to $.58 CPM, with additional hourly wages, downtime pay, and safety bonuses.

Job Requirements
  • Must possess a valid CDL with a minimum of one year of OTR experience.
  • No significant FMCSA violations.
  • Acceptable MVR and PSP within the last three years.
  • Ability to maintain a valid CDL.
  • Experience driving in mountainous regions is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to AFW's safety policies and promote safety awareness.
  • Conduct vehicle pre-trip inspections in accordance with FMCSA standards.
  • Operate the Electronic Qualcomm Log System.
  • Be prepared to use chains during severe weather conditions.
  • Work in various environments, including asphalt, concrete, and gravel surfaces.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and management using a cellular device and McLeod application.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
