Job Overview

Bernard Robinson & Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Staff to join our Assurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and professionalism of our client reports and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proofread and edit financial reports and client documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure all files are updated and saved securely.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software to maintain efficient processes.
  • Prepare reports, financial statement templates, and client letters for distribution.
  • Ensure timely distribution of documents for audit and review.
  • Support special projects and maintain office supplies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
