We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Watson Companies, the parent company of Concord Management.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Property Management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week, with the possibility of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Property Management team.
  • Assist with data entry, scanning, and filing of documents.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and reception for residents and visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Support Management Staff with special projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in web-based applications.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and software applications.

Compensation

$17.00-$19.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
