- 3-4 years of experience in a management role within the spa, salon, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
- $54,000 base salary, plus up to $8,000 in additional bonuses.
