The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Wealth Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to gather data, analyze financial information, and develop comprehensive financial plans. You will also assist with portfolio management, client communication, and team meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their financial journey.
  • Data Analysis and Planning: Gather and analyze financial data, developing comprehensive financial plans that meet our clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist with the implementation of investment strategies and portfolio management, ensuring our clients' assets are aligned with their goals and risk tolerance.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, keeping them informed about their financial progress and providing guidance on financial decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve shared goals, participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial services or a related field, preferably with a focus on wealth management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Certifications: Series 65 preferred, with a commitment to obtaining certification within the first year of employment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and credentials. Our benefits package includes a medical allowance, cash balance plan, and 401(k) with profit sharing, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
