Customer Sales Associate

- With a keen eye for detail, your responsibilities will encompass processing customer orders, promptly addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and drive future sales.
- A successful Account Development Associate has a solid understanding of product offerings, achieves sales goals, and takes responsibility for the order management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engages phone customers, taking the initiative to fully understand their needs and provide prompt and effective solutions.
- Collaborates with Account Managers to service accounts and drive revenue.
- Actively seeks out potential sales opportunities for Account Managers and the District, constantly looking for ways to add value for customers.
- Boosts sales by maintaining current knowledge of all portfolio offerings and demonstrates technical knowledge to provide customer value propositions.
- Drives sales by identifying related products or add on extensions needs and making customers aware of product promotions and adding lines to parts orders.
- Find best method to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- Makes outbound calls including marketing new products.
- Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- GED or High School Diploma required.
- Inside sales, retail, or related experience preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
- Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $46,000 - $49,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
