Veterinary Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at BluePearl Pet Hospital in Scottsdale. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients, making friendly eye contact, and offering a friendly smile and approachable demeanor. You will also be responsible for assessing clients' needs, determining emergency situations, and responding to non-patient calls or visitors. Additionally, you will confirm appointments, offer emotional support, and serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies. Responsibilities:

* Greet and make friendly eye contact with every client
* Offer a friendly smile, strong eye contact, and an approachable demeanor
* Assess clients' needs and determine emergency situations
* Respond to non-patient calls or visitors and connect them to the appropriate team member
* Confirm appointments and ensure clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment
* Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner
* Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains
