POSITION SUMMARY:
Accountable for the upkeep and repair of commercial landscaping machinery and tools.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair
Licenses or Certifications
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of employment, with a clean driving record
Specialized Skills
- Proficient knowledge of mowing and landscaping machinery
- Expertise in small engine and two-cycle engine repairs
- Ability to identify issues, gather information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Possession of personal tools
- Fundamental mathematical skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Spanish communication skills preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct routine maintenance on commercial landscaping equipment
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs
- Effectively communicate shop requirements and concerns with management
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols
