Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for mounting and balancing wheels and tires, as well as performing alignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mount and balance tires and perform alignments to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop area, including the disposal of trash and recyclables.
  • Take vehicles on test drives after work has been performed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in washing and cleaning vehicles as needed.
  • Operate independently and as a team member to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Ensure customer needs are understood and met through effective communication.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Tire Technician at a reputable dealership or tire shop, such as Les Schwab, Tire Rack, or Costco Tire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Friendly, personable, and clean-cut appearance, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and manage time effectively.
  • Punctuality and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
