Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at CycleBar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with members, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the CBX team to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales software
