We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at CycleBar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with members, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the CBX team to drive sales and revenue growth
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- 2+ years of sales experience in a related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales software
