Job Overview

  • Conduct thorough facility inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Lead initiatives focused on environmental health and safety within the facilities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee invoicing processes, ensuring cost-effective procurement of services and materials.
  • Participate in training sessions related to maintenance, repairs, and safety standards.

  • Utilize expertise to identify and resolve both routine and complex operational challenges.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, alongside 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
  • Experience in staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance assessment.

  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively and manage sensitive situations.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to drive team performance and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in financial calculations and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and CMMS systems.
