Regional Property Manager

Come grow with NRP Group, a leading multifamily developer, general contractor, and property manager. We're seeking a seasoned Regional Property Manager to lead our North Carolina market.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of properties in various phases of development, construction, and lease-up.
- Lead employees and ensure effective community operations, achieving financial and operational targets.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and take action to improve portfolio or asset performance.
- Complete annual performance reviews, communicate employee expectations, and ensure re-certifications are current.
- Maximize income, minimize expenses, and maintain aggressive staffing levels.
- Deliver accurate and timely regional reports, ensuring 96% occupancy and 96% portfolio rent collections.
- Qualify all units prior to qualification deadlines, perform thorough community inspections, and perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in property management, with recent experience in a Regional Property Manager or Director role.
- Strong experience with LIHTC communities, working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, and other laws.
- Strong computer skills, especially in the Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of YARDI software.
