The Bulk Account Merchandiser (BAM) is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and executing commercial plans across a designated account base. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute daily routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Generate sales orders based on customer needs and preferences, ensuring optimal revenue and volume growth.
- Execute promotions and new product launches to drive sales and increase market share.
- Merchandise and rotate products on display and the shelf, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Foster strong relationships with store personnel, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify and communicate market trends and competitive issues to inform business decisions.
- Valid in-state driver's license and excellent driving history.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn.
The work environment will vary, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled.
