Job Summary

As a Route Sales Professional at Bimbo Bakeries USA, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the quality of our products on store shelves. You will also drive sales through the acquisition of new display space and build effective customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise and stock products on store shelves, ensuring best quality and freshness
  • Drive sales through the acquisition of new display space and incremental displays
  • Build effective customer relationships and execute promotions
  • Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space
  • Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
  • Must be able to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
