Insurance Sales Professional

We're seeking a motivated sales professional with experience in personal lines insurance who is eager to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, email, and other channels to create new sales opportunities.
- Arrange meetings or calls with potential clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers.
- Adapt to a hybrid work schedule that includes both remote and onsite work.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of converting prospects into customers.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and a goal-oriented approach.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Comfort with cold calling, research, and generating new prospects.
