Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee staff duties across multiple offices, manage office supplies, and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee staff duties across multiple offices
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Keep staff notary licensing and attorney registration up to date
  • Monitor workflow and manage maintenance requests
  • Oversee legal conflict checks and ensure compliance with firm policies
  • Manage files and documents
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a professional office setting
  • Experience with process improvement, proposal development, and implementation
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering
