Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee staff duties across multiple offices, manage office supplies, and ensure compliance with firm policies.
Responsibilities- Oversee staff duties across multiple offices
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Keep staff notary licensing and attorney registration up to date
- Monitor workflow and manage maintenance requests
- Oversee legal conflict checks and ensure compliance with firm policies
- Manage files and documents
- 3 years of experience in a professional office setting
- Experience with process improvement, proposal development, and implementation
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Experience with inventory management and ordering
- Health Insurance: Firm contribution
