Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing technicians and administrative staff, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and manage administration teams
  • Deliver company goals and metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction
  • On-board dispatchers and evaluate their performance
  • Review company reports and share insights with the team
  • Communicate needs to field teams and escalate issues as necessary
  • Manage customer relationships and maintain a positive company image
  • Ensure efficient scheduling and labor management
  • Meet or exceed customer and company SLA requirements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of field technical HVAC experience or equivalent business experience
  • HVAC management experience
  • Technical knowledge to provide value to technicians and customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and drive results
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
