Regional Service Manager - HVAC

Nextech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing technicians and administrative staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of administrators and technicians
  • Deliver company goals and metrics through effective leadership and strategic planning
  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Onboard and train dispatchers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Evaluate and perform annual reviews with Operations Manager approval
  • Review and share company reports with the team to drive informed decision-making
  • Communicate needs and priorities to field teams, including Dispatchers, ASM's, Operations Manager, and VP's
  • Escalate and resolve customer callbacks in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote the company's image, appearance, and reputation through excellent service and leadership
  • Manage customer relationships for assigned areas to drive loyalty and retention
  • Maintain and communicate weekly activity schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Ensure efficient and well-planned scheduling of all calls to meet customer and company SLA requirements
  • Manage labor and material costs to drive business profitability
  • Support ASM and technician development to drive skills growth and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver high levels of customer service through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of field technical HVAC experience or equivalent business experience
  • HVAC management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Technical knowledge to provide value to technicians and customers
  • High level of urgency to resolve problems and drive results
  • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and drive customer satisfaction
  • Proven track record of success in prior roles
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on desired results
