Regional Service Manager Opportunity

Nex-Tech is seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service technicians and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of administrative staff
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Manage dispatchers and ensure company systems and procedures are followed
  • Ensure efficient and well-planned scheduling of all calls
  • Manage labor and material costs
  • Support the development of technicians

Requirements:
  • 5 years of field technical HVAC experience or equivalent business experience
  • HVAC management experience
  • Technical knowledge necessary to provide value to our technicians and customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
