Position Overview:


Our organization is in search of a skilled and proactive Collections Manager to oversee our collections team, which is responsible for receivables collection and minimizing revenue loss.


Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and develop the collections team to ensure optimal performance and ongoing improvement.
- Establish clear performance objectives and provide consistent feedback to team members.
- Ensure all collection efforts comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Regularly assess and update collection policies and procedures to align with best practices and regulatory changes.
- Conduct training sessions to keep the team informed about policies and procedures.
- Formulate and execute strategies to enhance collections efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and streamline processes.
- Monitor and evaluate collections performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management regarding collections activities, performance, and improvement areas.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all collection activities.
- Manage risks associated with collections and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and billing systems.
- A decade of experience in contact center operations, including dialer activity.
- Proven track record in collections management, ideally within a service-oriented sector.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing collections.
- Competence in utilizing collections software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
