The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead a team of customer care representatives to deliver excellent customer service
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their performance and knowledge
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans to address areas for improvement

Requirements:
