Plasma Center Nurse

We are a leading provider of plasma-based therapies, and we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Plasma Center Nurse to join our team.
As a Plasma Center Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors, while also contributing to the development of new plasma-based therapies.
Key Responsibilities- Donor Eligibility
- Determine donor eligibility accurately and in a timely manner, taking into account medical history, laboratory test results, and other relevant factors.
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to ensure donor safety.
- Medical Support
- Provide medical support to donors, including administering first aid and responding to medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with the Center Physician and other medical staff to ensure seamless care and support for donors.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and report any quality issues or concerns to the Center Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
