As a Plasma Center Technician at BioLife, you will play a critical role in our mission to collect high-quality plasma from donors and help create life-changing medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for our donors, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the donation process.
  • Medical History Records: Accurately screen new and repeat donors, take and record vital signs, and maintain accurate records of donor information.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Supportive Teamwork: Collaborate with your management team and colleagues to ensure a clean and professional work environment, and to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Phlebotomy: Learn and perform phlebotomy procedures, including the operation and maintenance of state-of-the-art plasmapheresis machines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $17.00, as well as opportunities for short-term incentives and participation in our comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and more.
