Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Divine Enterprises. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment for all employees and managing all aspects of human resources operations to support the company's mission, goals, and objectives while ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the human resources services and programs offered to Divine Enterprises employees, drivers, and contractors.
  • Recruit, interview, screen, and make contingent offers of employment to qualified candidates, ensuring that all hiring processes are fair and unbiased.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct disciplinary actions, annual reviews, training, compensation reviews, and raises in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee all PTO and sick leave for staff, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.
  • Process personnel timesheets for payroll and manage workers' compensation claims and annual renewals.
  • Provide candidates with information regarding compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures to ensure they are well-informed and to promote a positive image of the company.
  • Create job descriptions and manage job board and social media postings, responses, and candidate interactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with HR certification preferred.
  • At least 2 years of human resource experience, with knowledge of OSHA and employment laws.
  • Skilled in training, team building, facilitating problem solving, and conducting internal investigations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work cooperatively and productively with others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance.

$70,000 - $80,000 per year based on credentials.
