Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Divine Enterprises. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment for all employees and managing all aspects of human resources operations to support the company's mission, goals, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including creating job descriptions and managing job postings and candidate interactions.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and training programs to promote employee growth and development.
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Process personnel timesheets and ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with HR certification preferred.
  • At least 2 years of human resources experience, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and employment laws, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
