Position Overview

This role will report directly to the Office Manager and will focus on supporting event day operations as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee timekeeping.
  • Direct employees, temporary personnel, and non-profit organizations to their assigned locations.
  • Oversee the laundering, organization, and distribution of uniforms.
  • Manage the collection of uniforms following events.
  • Set up and dismantle check-in stations, staff meal setups, and other relevant areas.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols.
  • Support any additional tasks as assigned.
