Position Overview
This role will report directly to the Office Manager and will focus on supporting event day operations as necessary.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with employee timekeeping.
- Direct employees, temporary personnel, and non-profit organizations to their assigned locations.
- Oversee the laundering, organization, and distribution of uniforms.
- Manage the collection of uniforms following events.
- Set up and dismantle check-in stations, staff meal setups, and other relevant areas.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols.
- Support any additional tasks as assigned.
