Job Summary:

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a skilled Cafe Attendant to join our team. As a Cafe Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards and protocols
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating a point-of-sale system
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a quick service or restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
