Patient Experience Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Treatment Planning Specialist to join our team at Advanced Dental Care of Columbia.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, explaining treatment plans, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with patients to discuss and review their treatment plans
- Explaining procedures and costs involved with each treatment
- Coordinating patient appointments with the appropriate departments and practitioners
- Helping patients understand their dental insurance benefits and coverages
- Processing and submitting insurance claims on behalf of the patients
- Assisting with financial arrangements, including setting up payment plans or financing
- Communicating with the dental team about patient care and treatment plans
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and following all HIPAA regulations
- Keeping patient records up-to-date and well-organized
- Resolving any patient concerns or complaints about their treatment plans or services provided
- Tracking stats
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Compensation
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year
