Your Role
As a Renewal Specialist, you will be pivotal in enhancing resident retention. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the lease renewal process. Strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail will be essential for the success of our property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee leases that are set to expire within the next 90 days.
- Develop and present renewal proposals, ensuring alignment with established guidelines.
- Address resident inquiries and escalate issues to on-site teams and Regional Managers as necessary.
- Initiate weekly proactive discussions with residents whose leases are expiring through personalized outreach.
- Collaborate with revenue management, on-site teams, and Regional Managers regarding rent negotiations and resident satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Ability to independently resolve issues with minimal oversight.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Prior experience in property management, real estate, or customer service is advantageous.
