Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with multitasking
  • Familiarity with apartment and multi-family leasing laws and regulations
  • Market properties online and in surrounding areas to attract new residents
  • Manage incoming calls and emails for the property
  • Schedule and conduct tours of the community for potential residents
  • Close sales and convert tours to applications for residency
  • Meet and exceed leasing goals set by the Property Manager
  • Manage resident concerns and the renewal process to enhance resident retention
  • Maintain prospect, resident, and leasing data in a leasing software program
  • Collect and secure rental payments
  • Provide accounting support to the Property Manager
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
