Position Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to work at our Alpharetta, GA location.

This position reports to the Human Resources Business Leader and will also extend HR support remotely to various sites and field employees.


As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will engage in Human Resources-related functions at a professional level, serving as the HR support to implement strategies and initiatives that foster overall business success for over 140 onsite employees and additional field staff.

Your expertise in building robust relationships will be crucial in contributing to both operational and strategic objectives.


The HR Business team focuses on several key areas: HR administration (including recruitment, compensation, and exit interviews), compliance, onboarding, retention, employee engagement, benefits, employee relations, training, organizational development, change management, workforce planning, and performance management.

Operating from our Alpharetta Resource Center (ARC), your insights and strong business acumen will be highly valued by internal stakeholders and HR colleagues, aiding in the identification of solutions to enhance culture and achieve results.


This role will involve occasional travel, collaborating with senior line managers and HR leaders to support the execution of HR programs and initiatives.

Engaging leaders in crafting strategies around recruitment, retention, engagement, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Assisting management with performance management processes, including evaluations and goal alignment.


Collaborating with the broader HR Business Team to implement Leadership Development opportunities, which involves creating content, utilizing existing resources, and facilitating training for client groups and occasionally across business units.


Leading and supporting retention initiatives, including check-ins for new hires, stay interviews for current employees, and cultural initiatives across all locations.


Facilitating employee onboarding processes, including site tours, credentialing, access to systems, orientation, and training.

Serving as the primary contact for employee relations issues, managing and resolving complex matters, and knowing when to escalate.

Guiding management on policy interpretation, legal matters, and regulatory compliance.

Creating and maintaining communication channels for the site (e.g., bulletin boards, emails).


Ensuring the appropriate tools are utilized to support recruitment activities from start to finish by liaising between staffing agencies, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers.

Conducting exit interviews.

Supporting additional initiatives as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Five (5) years of relevant HR generalist experience with a proven track record of partnering with Business Leaders, Compensation Teams, and Talent Acquisition Partners to enhance employee retention and hiring strategies in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment,


A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures is also required.

Bilingual (Spanish)

HR experience within a Manufacturing or Supply Chain operations environment

Additional Success Factors:
Availability for occasional travel as required.

Effective PC skills in common software applications.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (creating presentations, spreadsheets, pivot tables, V-lookups, charts, graphs, etc.)

Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to the day-to-day management of employees, risk reduction, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize while maintaining focus on both short- and long-term objectives.

Ability to perform under pressure within time and/or resource constraints.

Demonstrated ability to create and facilitate presentations, present compelling business cases, and influence business leaders.


Quickly establish relationships and earn the respect of management, employees, and HR colleagues; effectively interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.

Strong collaborator; able to partner with relevant leaders and HR colleagues dispersed nationwide.

Experience in developing and delivering training programs through various mediums such as classroom, on-the-job training, and e-learning.

Demonstrated resilience to achieve results.
