Job Title: Procurement Specialist II

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist II to join our team at Three Point Solutions. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Expedite Delivery: Schedule and expedite the delivery of purchased materials to support production plans, including recommendations for premium logistics alternatives when appropriate.
  • Process Supplier Non-Conformances: Process supplier non-conformances and expedite corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage Supplier Relationships: Work with Supply Management Specialists to maintain ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers, monitor and improve performance, and define corrective actions.
  • Execute Inventory Plans: Execute inventory plans using systems parameters and material replenishment strategies to achieve inventory/asset management and material flow goals.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in performance with the supply base using Achieving Excellence process and criteria.
  • Logistics Requirements: Execute logistics requirements for suppliers concerning containers, packaging methods, and parameters; arrange agreements with suppliers on appropriate logistics processes.
  • Resolving Shipping and Receiving Issues: Resolve shipping and receiving problems to ensure prompt and accurate payments to suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Onsite Work: This position requires onsite work from day one to receive hardware and ensure systems access.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP and Excel: Experience with SAP and Excel is required.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with people from different job functions via email and phone.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Materials Planning or Buying Experience: Experience with materials planning or buying is required.
