Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at GMG Management Consulting. As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Log customer issues and problems in our database
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to contribute to department goals and maintain service level objectives
- Promptly escalate urgent customer concerns or issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
Requirements:
- Minimum one year's experience in a call center or financial services or similar specialist position
- Familiarity with Fair Debt Collection Practices, Telephone Consumer Protection, Consumer Financial Protection Laws, and Consumer Privacy Laws is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of $18.16 + $4.57 for health insurance

Education:
High school or equivalent is required.
