Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at GMG Management Consulting. As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Log customer issues and problems in our database
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to contribute to department goals and maintain service level objectives
  • Promptly escalate urgent customer concerns or issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year's experience in a call center or financial services or similar specialist position
  • Familiarity with Fair Debt Collection Practices, Telephone Consumer Protection, Consumer Financial Protection Laws, and Consumer Privacy Laws is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Benefits:

  • Hourly pay rate of $18.16 + $4.57 for health insurance

Education:

High school or equivalent is required.
