Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging activities for school-age participants, ensuring a fun and interactive environment.
  • Supervise and facilitate group games, arts and crafts, and recreational activities.
  • Monitor participant behavior and enforce safety regulations.
  • Assist with personal care and support participants in their daily activities.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding participant needs and program updates.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSet, TASC).
  • Minimum of six months experience working with youth in a recreational or educational setting.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with children aged 5-12.
  • Basic swimming skills and comfort in water.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Environment: This role involves both indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for participants.
