Senior Administrative Assistant for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The Senior Administrative Assistant for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion provides advanced administrative support to the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This role involves coordinating events, managing confidential assignments, and serving as the primary contact for network caregivers and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and plan events, activities, and confidential assignments
Provide administrative support to the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Serve as the primary contact for network caregivers and the community
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters pertaining to the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive secretarial experience, executive/administrative assistant level or office management experience, preferably in the healthcare field
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
Proficient with Outlook
Ability to coordinate, lead, prioritize, and/or manage multiple projects competently
Demonstrated higher level of integrity and reliability
Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
