Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Sales Consultant to join our Customer Support Team in a hybrid/remote capacity. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to provide exceptional support through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and the installation and maintenance of our innovative offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support for TrellisWare's product suite, both on-site and remotely.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to evaluate customer needs and develop tailored product specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and create mini applications to showcase the feasibility of our solutions.
- Ensure that product applications function according to specifications and provide follow-up support to sales account managers.
- Engage with customers throughout the sales process, from initial discussions to installation and beyond.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Army tactical network infrastructure and integrate TrellisWare products with existing customer systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
Qualifications:
- A four-year technical degree or equivalent military service experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the technology or market segments.
- Proven expertise in fielding and troubleshooting RF systems and networked communication products.
- Familiarity with tactical communication systems and TrellisWare products is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel 50-75% as required.
- Strong understanding of IP networking, including addressing schemes and protocols.
- Excellent documentation skills and proficiency in office applications.
- Ability to convey complex engineering concepts in an accessible manner.

- Ability to perform essential functions of the job, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds as necessary.
