Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes and engages with customers to understand their needs and arrange suitable service
  • Acts as the main point of contact for all automotive service and repair inquiries
  • Collaborates with technicians regarding required repairs and explores alternatives to costly services
  • Promotes additional necessary services
  • Establishes and manages service delivery expectations for both customers and technicians
  • Keeps customers informed about repair requirements and estimated completion times
  • Ensures that the final invoice aligns with the work performed on the repair order
  • Completes other assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience as a dealership Service Consultant is preferred
  • Demonstrated history of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license in good standing

  • Experience with CDK is preferred
