Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing multiple client accounts, collaborating with senior leaders to execute comprehensive client responsibilities.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively coordinate meetings as necessary.
  • Participate in client meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Grasp complex subject matter and effectively communicate its essence through both written and verbal means.
  • Create compelling written content, tailoring the style to suit different audiences (media, web, internal communications, etc.).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies, including drafting content calendars and analyzing social media performance.
  • Contribute to the creation of press releases, patient stories, website content, and more.
  • Compile targeted media lists and devise media outreach strategies.
  • Conduct timely monitoring, analysis, and reporting of media coverage related to our clients and their industries.
  • Perform primary research and market analysis to support client communications initiatives and new business proposals.
  • Provide administrative assistance across various aspects of the firm’s operations, including time tracking and internal communication projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience through internships or previous roles in an agency environment is essential.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities.
  • A strong interest in the biotechnology sector.
  • A commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and creativity.
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with social media analytics, content organization, management tools like Sprout or Hootsuite, project management, and news monitoring platforms such as Cision and Meltwater.
