Job Summary

Intradeco Apparel is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving product sales by developing, identifying, and securing direct sales opportunities. You will also prepare and analyze sales reports and data related to sales trends, volumes, and performance vs the established plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Design, and Marketing team to develop new products and sales initiatives
  • Provide sales support and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in business development and sales growth
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software applications
