At Discovery ABA, we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children aged 2 to 21. YOUR COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:
- We provide competitive compensation ranging from $60 - $85 per hour or $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

A DAY IN YOUR ROLE:
You'll enjoy a hybrid position with a flexible schedule. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time hours, we will work with you to accommodate your availability and promote a healthy work-life balance. Limited regional travel may be necessary, but we prioritize creating a schedule that fits your needs.
As a Licensed Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing effective treatment plans for children with autism. You will deliver behavioral therapy directly to clients, collaborating closely with each child to foster their growth and development. Additionally, you will oversee other staff during their sessions, ensuring the highest standards of care. Your open communication with families and state directors will be vital in tracking each client's progress and modifying treatment plans as required. WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Active LBA certification in Virginia or a willingness to obtain one.
