****Behavior Treatment & Analysis was established in 2017, focusing on providing services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in Northern California. Our mission is to deliver exceptional services while equipping our Behavior Technicians with the necessary tools to advance their careers in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Completed OR RBT Certification Required
  • Availability Monday through Friday between 3 PM - 8 PM
  • A positive and innovative mindset to engage clients through play-based therapy
  • Patience and enthusiasm to support clients with diverse abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to maintain a consistent schedule with clients
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children
  • Fluency in English is required

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
  • Providing direct care to clients in a one-on-one setting within their homes
  • Collaborating with clients and families to execute treatment plans
  • Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and other required meetings
  • Conducting daily data collection accurately and promptly

Employment Conditions

  • Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
  • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA regulations
  • Attendance at all required training sessions by Behavior Treatment & Analysis
  • Completion of health screenings, vaccinations, and TB testing as per company policies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification
  • Required immunizations include:

Rubella (2-series), Rubeola (2-series), Mumps (2-series), Varicella (2-series), Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable), Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
