Construction Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all resources on-site to ensure the successful completion of projects for Level 10 Construction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage construction schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Lead and implement safety programs on site to ensure a safe working environment
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractor work to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and mentor junior site managers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Interact and communicate effectively with owners, design teams, and other stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project objectives
  • Supervise and manage assistant site managers, subcontractors, and craftsmen to ensure project delivery
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
  • Identify and resolve complex issues efficiently, minimizing delays and costs
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or equivalent role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and scheduling software
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems, with a focus on creating a safe and efficient work environment
