Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager to collaborate closely with a key technology client, focusing on achieving the organization's financial and strategic objectives across its portfolio of projects.

The Program Manager will support our client in realizing their program goals to enhance efficiency and foster innovation. You will be part of a team of skilled business consultants dedicated to service excellence and effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Expertise in project and program management methodologies and tools.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, District Program Managers, Design Execution, Construction, and Project Controls Group.
  • Facilitate program reporting to key stakeholders and ensure program governance, including planning metrics and KPIs.
  • Contribute to the development of initiatives aimed at program enhancement.
  • Assist in establishing and managing Program Tools, such as decision-making frameworks, Action Trackers, Issue Trackers, Risk Registers, and Program Directories.
  • Maintain the operational framework of the program, including organizing, preparing, and leading program meetings.
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and presentations as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in major projects and programs.
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing processes and procedures in significant projects or programs.
  • Proficiency in reporting systems and tools, including Google Suite, Tableau, and Data Studio.
  • Strong communication skills with various stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic dashboard creation skills.

  • A solid understanding of standard contract forms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
  • 5 years of on-site construction management experience.
  • Accreditation from AACE, PMI, or similar professional organizations.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time position is $120K-$150K per year. This range is determined by role and level and reflects a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
