Starting at $55,000 plus bonuses
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee personal injury litigation cases (including automobile, trucking, premises liability, and daycare incidents) from inception to resolution;
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests;
- Draft and file legal complaints;
- Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings, mediations, and trials;
- Create detailed medical chronologies;
- Significant experience managing personal injury litigation matters;
- Familiarity with electronic filing of case documents in both Federal and State Courts;
- Skilled in drafting legal pleadings, discovery responses, and client correspondence;
- Applicants must be based in Georgia to be considered.
