Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Immigration Paralegal to join our team at Atlanta Family & Immigration Law Firm. As a Paralegal, you will assist attorneys with complex family-based immigration petitions and deportation cases, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with complex family-based immigration petitions and deportation cases
  • Communicate professionally and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staff
  • Provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and presentation
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Work in a team environment with a customer service focus and adapt to shifting demands
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm environment
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with immigration client management/forms software such as Cerenade, EImmigration, Immigration Tracker preferred
