Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented paralegal to join our team at Atlanta Family & Immigration Law Firm. As a litigation paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in preparing for trials and managing case files.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings under the supervision of a lawyer.
  • Assist lawyers in preparing for trial by organizing exhibits, conducting research, and coordinating with witnesses.
  • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues.
  • Coordinate law office activity, including drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers.
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and maintaining case files.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting.
  • Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, and strong oral and written communication skills.
Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 per year.
