Operations Manager Job Description

Pacific Dental Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental offices, providing exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure excellent patient care and business outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of dental services, meeting or exceeding quality and productivity standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage office finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Patient Experience: Foster a positive patient experience by ensuring excellent communication, empathy, and care, resulting in high patient satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, minimizing risk and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of related work experience in operational management, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
