Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulates annual sales targets and gross profit objectives by executing marketing strategies and analyzing market trends.
  • Sets sales goals by forecasting and establishing annual sales quotas.
  • Monitors sales volume, product mix, and pricing strategies by staying informed about market demand, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensures operational sales requirements are met by maintaining accountability and following up on performance outcomes.
  • Builds a robust sales team by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training new staff.
  • Enhances team performance by providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and implementing necessary disciplinary actions.
  • Stays updated with industry knowledge through educational workshops and professional literature.
  • Contributes to team success by achieving related objectives as necessary.
  • Travel may be required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Expertise in creating and executing sales plans.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets through diligent progress monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales data.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Three to five years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated history of successful sales performance.
